Shipping Policy

We understand the importance of timely delivery, and we strive to process and ship your orders efficiently.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. local fulfillment warehouse, located in Fieldsboro, New Jersey.
Orders shipped within the United States are typically delivered via UPS or equivalent domestic carriers.
 
Please note:
The shipping origin address is not a return address.
All returns must be authorized in advance and follow the return process outlined in our Refund Policy. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after approval.

 

Shipping Area:

We currently offer shipping services within the United States only. Alaska and Hawaii are not included in free shipping.

 

Shipping Method & Fees:

Shipping method: Orders shipped within the United States are typically delivered via UPS or equivalent domestic carriers.

Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost of $20, if selected at checkout.

 

Shipping Time:

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the shipping date, not the order date.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
