Return Authorization

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered in cases of confirmed product damage during transit or if the item received does not match the item ordered.

Warranty Policy
All Homture products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is separate from the return and refund policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@homture.com, and include clear photos or videos of the issue.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a free return, replacement, or refund in accordance with this policy.
