How does the AI animation feature for regular photos work?

Each AI animation generation costs 100 credits ($1).
You can create:

Portrait animations (3 styles – first motion unlocked randomly)
Pet animations (Greeting & Subtle Move styles)
Landscape animations (timelapse-like effects)
When someone approaches within 2 meters, the frame automatically plays the AI motion to simulate a friendly greeting.

Is there a limit to how many photos or videos I can upload?

There is currently no storage limit for photos and videos uploaded to your frame.

We offer Cloud Storage, powered by AWS servers based in the USA for top-level privacy and data security.

You can manage and upload content through our cloud service, with up to 500 files supported per upload.

Can multiple family members use the same frame?

Absolutely! One frame can be shared by multiple members.

Everyone can add, delete, or edit photos in real time.
Likes made on the frame sync to the mobile app.
You can like and comment on photos in the app, and the uploader will receive notifications instantly.

Is WiFi required for my frame to work?

Yes. Because Homture Magic Frames get new content via the cloud, a WiFi connection is required.

How long does it take to generate AI videos?

It usually takes about 3–5 minutes per generation, depending on the complexity of the animation. Quick, smooth, and magical!
