Once your AI creation is ready, the next step is sending it to your Homture frame so it can come to life on your wall. The process takes just a few taps, and your AI video will be playing on the frame within moments.
How to Send an AI Moment to Your Frame
- After your AI creation finishes, tap "Select frames & send" on the result page
- On the "Select frames" page, choose which frame to send to
- Optionally tap Preview to review the result before sending
- Tap Send to confirm
Sending Replaces Previous Results
When you send a new AI creation to a frame, it replaces the previously sent results for that same creation. The selection page shows this note clearly:
"All currently generated results will be sent. They will replace previously sent results for this creation."
You'll also see a "Last send:" timestamp so you know when you last sent this creation to the frame.
How It Plays on the Frame
Once received, your AI moment is stored in the AI Moments tab on the frame. The frame plays the AI video automatically when someone approaches — triggered by the built-in proximity sensor. You don't need to do anything on the frame itself.
No Frame Connected?
If your device isn't connected to a frame, you'll see one of these messages:
- "No frame bound to your device"
- "Connect your device to send this AI creation to your frame."
To fix this, go to the frame setup section in the app and follow the steps to bind your frame to your account. Once connected, you can send AI moments at any time.
Re-sending from the Creation Library
You can also send any past AI creation to your frame from the Creation library. Go to Account > My Creation, find the creation you want, and use the send option. This is useful if you want to refresh what's showing on the frame without creating something new.
